Self-Help
Self-help or self-improvement is a self-directed improvement of oneself—economically, physically, intellectually, or emotionally—often with a substantial psychological basis. When engaged in self-help, people often use publicly available information, or support groups—on the Internet as well as in person—in which people in similar situations work together. "You can use the term self-help for any improvement you help yourself make, but it's often used for the industry and culture of self improvement programs" [2].
Dr Emmett Miller. MD pioneered the use of Self Help Audios in the early 70s and has created over 70 excellent, enduring and highly acclaimed programmes, distributed by wellemart.com and all available at a generous discount.
